Gerard A. Gumbleton Ph.D. is the Center’s Executive Director. Gerard has 20 years of experience as Board Member and volunteer at St. Francis Center. Past titles include Owner-Partner of Progressive Achievement Center, Carson, California, and Headmaster of a school for autistic children in Glendale, California, Psychologist for Los Angeles City Schools and 17 years as a religious in the Saginaw, Michigan Diocese.  Dr. Gumbleton is experienced in management, leadership training, project management, and grant writing. As Executive Director, Dr. Gumbleton is responsible for the development, promotion and evaluation of programs, overall staff supervision, and agency fund development.
