Other Family Well-Being Services
Registered guests get to choose from a variety of items, including fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, rice, beans, and canned food. All items are presorted and organized by volunteers on shelves to replicate the grocery store shopping experience. The majority of the food and goods utilized in the program is donated by the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Food Finders, Costco, Target and Lucky Supermarkets.
St. Francis Center provides services to residents living in the following zip codes: 90011, 90220, 90222, 90223, 90224, 90006, 90007, 90013, 90014, 90015, 90017, 90021, 90057. If you are not within these zip codes you may receive services as a referral guest*.
SFC also now offers pantry services weekly at two satellite pantries at L.A. Trade-Tech College and in South L.A. where there is a lack of access to fresh, nutritious food.
*Referral guests must be active in case management and provide proof from local agency partners, including schools, hospitals, government service agencies, and other nonprofits. Upon their initial visit, guests will receive an emergency food bag excluding fresh produce.
Pantry Delivery Service
St. Francis Center’s pantry delivery program delivers pantry program boxes to our most vulnerable guests, such as people who are immunocompromised, elderly, disabled, or families diagnosed with, or recovering from, COVID-19, to help them avoid being exposed to the outside world. In partnership with DoorDash, every Friday households enrolled in this program receive a pantry program box delivered to their home.

Tuesday Diaper Program
SFC’s Tuesday Diaper Program began in 2020 with direct feedback from our community. Families that were enrolled in our pantry program told our team that they needed assistance with diapers and baby supplies. Families enrolled in the Tuesday Diaper Program can come once a month to receive diapers, wipes, baby supplies, nursing essentials, and other baby items. Every six months, families are able to request a “big ticket” item to account for their child’s growth.
Sign up for the Tuesday Diaper Program by contacting our Programs Team at sfcprograms@sfcla.org or call 213.747.5347.
Resource Services
Our resource services team assists families and individuals by providing tools to improve lives beyond immediate crisis intervention. We offer services that include referrals for health care, assistance with shelter and housing, clothing and hygiene items, job preparedness, financial literacy classes, assistance obtaining IDs, as well as rental and utility assistance. For more information, please contact our Resource Services team at resourceservices@sfcla.org, or call us at 213.747.5347.
