Meet SFC’s Newest Staff Member-Adriana De Santiago!

MEET ADRIANA!

Please welcome our new Accounting Intern, Adriana De Santiago! She will be working with Jasmine, our Controller/Accounting Manager, this summer.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, she comes from a family of five, and is the oldest of three siblings. She attended Sacred Heart High School, where she completed a total of 450 service hours, serving as an office assistant, feeding the homeless with her church, and tutoring. She is currently studying at Loyola University in Chicago, where she is pursuing a BBA in Marketing and International Business.

Adriana has known about SFC since elementary school, where she participated in donation drives and fundraising events. She decided to intern at the center because she wanted to work somewhere, where she was giving back to the community. What appealed to her about SFC was how our organization not only serves the homeless population, but also families in need.

“My hope is that SFC continues to give back to the community, to focus on all those in need, and to expand and give back to a greater number of individuals.”

In her free time, Adriana enjoys dancing, particularly Zumba – she’s a Zumba instructor at her college! She also likes working out and listening to music.

A fun fact about Adriana: she will be studying abroad in Rome, Italy this coming fall!

Help us welcome Adriana!
